Todays post is dedicated to a sweetie named Bill...Todays his Birthday! Hes my hairdresser and he loves Snoopy! The cake is popped up for dimension and sakura glitter pen added to the candle for a bit of sparkle...Ribbons were added to give a streamer effect and attached to a white paper clip...Happy Birthday Mr. Bill! I hope you have a Wonderful Birthday! Hugs...Cookie
