This was one of my favorite images by Whimsie Doodles Christmas digis images to color. I found the perfect paper to use for this card in the Whimsie Doodle Challenge for December. I colored the digi with copics and added red bling over the buttons. A candy cane brad was tied onto the jute for fun. Thanks for stopping by. If you head over to Whimsie Doodles Blog you can play along too! Here's the challenge.

Mimi and Rudolph
This card was another fun experience. I added some whimsy paper and coordinated the colors with my copics to color Mimi. Some pom poms were added to her colorful hat and die cut snow drifts with a bit of sparkling snow on the caps grounded the image. Red bling for Rudolph's nose. And then white satin ribbon tied to the fold. Thanks for stopping by! Merry Christmas!

Mimi Christmas
Time for some whimsy fun using a sweet stamp from Penny Black that features Mimi.
I stamped her in Momento Black Ink then colored her with Copics. I added some glitter glue to the stars and her wings after I cut and matted the image using pop dots to give a dimension. I stamped the top portion of the stamp so I could color and cut out the hat and popped it up as well. I just love Mimi! I will be sharing another one tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by!

Christmas 2016
It's been too long since I have posted and I was hoping to have more time to make and share cards but it's been a busy few months.
I just finished over 40 Christmas cards to send out and decided to do a variety of a few different styles using this "JOY" die cut by Paper Trey Ink that I got a few years back. I used it before on cards in a different way but this time I paired it with different Christmas papers I had in my stash and on this one I added the holly die cut with red bling for sparkle. Some jute was added for texture. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and Happiest New Year Ever!

Chef Cutie!
I love this sweet little guy! Ever since my Aunt gave me this awesome brick emboss folder I couldn't wait to try it out. I found a DCWV paper stack that had the perfect color for a brick wall. Each image was cut out by hand. I placed them in front of the brick wall for a fun scene and added tiny epoxy buttons on his coat. I hope you like it!

Happy 4th of July!
With the 4th of July upon us I thought this would be a fun card to share. I love Snoopy so when I saw this sweet image it was a no brainer to use this for a 4th of July card. I cut the image out twice so I could pop up the hat for dimension. I made a Clean and Simple Design. The star shaped bling was a fun addition for sparkle. I scored some lines on the red cardstock and there you go!
I hope you all have a wonderful 4th of July!

Aw Shucks!
I made this card for a sweet lady who has let me bend her ear many times and I will always be thankful for that....I missed her Birthday and thought this set was ideal. I paper pieced her shirt to match the gingham strip going across the matted image.
I fussy cut the images after coloring with Copics. Tiny Buttons were added to her shirt for fun. I used Martha Stewart's Fence punch and Circle punch (for Sun). Jute was used to attach the sentiment and button. I hope she likes it! Happy Birthday Cindy!

Always Be Grateful
I havent played along over at SCS CAS challenges for a while now and decided I would give it a try.
My Aunt got me these American Crafts Journaling cards and I have been waiting for the right time to use them. The challenge for todays Clean and Simple Challenge was to create a card using Stripes and Polka Dots. I got out my Journaling cards and found both! I layered three of them and added a SU glitter brad in Pumpkin for some sparkle. This would make a great Thanksgiving card and its super easy! TFL!

No Bones About It, You're Nice!
It's been a long time since I've made any cards. It felt good to finally make some. There's a sweet lady I know who trains Labrador's and this card is going to her. The image was cut out twice. The second time I cut out just the head and added pop dots for dimension. A bit of bling was added to his collar and some ribbon across the middle behind the matted image. I had a bone brad that I thought would be fun in the right bottom corner. Glossy accents was also added to give his nose a wet look. I hope she likes it!
Supplies: Designer Dog Theme Papers, Recollection and Stampin Up solid papers. Stamin Up Ribbon in Chocolate Chip, Pop Dots, Recollections gold bling, Bone Brad and Glossy Accents.
