Garden of Life...

Hi! Theres a challenge over at SCS to use chipboard on your card....Everytime I go to Michaels I always go to the dollar bins to see what goodies they have that I can use to make a quick card. I found this cute chipboard by Mary Engelbreit on my last visit paired it with some pretty paper and button and ribbon and popped it up for dimension...I love these colors together, reminds me of springtime...Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by...Have a great day!

Peace Within...

This card is dedicated to my cat...She is always relaxing and is very spoiled! We love her...Shes about 16 years old and still doing great! On this image I paper pieced the pillow in the pink and white gingham to mimic to bit of ribbon tag to the right...The cat portion of the image is cut out and popped up for dimension...I kept the layout very simple to go with the simplicity of the scene...Thanks so much for stopping by! Daisy Jane...

Have I told you guys how much I LOVE these Digi Images by Heather Ellis? Yeah I did...but these Pure Innocence girls are so sweet! On this image she has a heart adorning her hair but I punched out a small flower to mimic the daisies in the paper and then remembered I had a stamp of a basket full of daisies I used to hang off a jumper and thread through the white ribbon...Looks like springtime! And I named this card after one of my all time favorite songs...I am a romantic sappy love song girl...Remember America and the song they had out called "Daisy Jane"...Heres a video to take you back....*sigh*

Pretty Bird Punch...

Hi I hope your having a great week so far! Well thanks to my wonderful Aunt I just got the SU Two Way Bird Punch! This is my first card I made using the punch...I had a blast making it...I tend to make whimsy, cute type cards so this is a different style for me...I call it a "Foo Foo" card...its fancy...I got out my cuttlebug and used the swiss dots for texture and put a strip of scallop on the bottom for interest...some bling was added as his eye for fun...Let me know what you think of my "Foo Foo" card if you get time I would really appreciate it!...Thanks for stopping by!

Red Hat Lady...

Working on some cards for Mothers Day...I thought she might make a cute card for the occasion!
I cut out the right side of the hat and popped it up for fun and added some bling on her finger...Stardust glitter pen was added to her lips,necklace and earrings for sparkle..Thanks to my FCM (Fairy Craft Mother) who sent me the images and papers...Thanks Aunt Lori! Mail Time...

Hi! Hope you are doing great! This card is for the Clean and Simple challenge going on over at SCS...I just cant get enough of the Pure Innocence Digi Images...On this card I printed out the image more than once so I could cut out and pop up the mailbox for dimension...Buttons have been one of my favorite things to use lately too...I decided to decorate my envelope flap to coordinate with the card...Thanks so much for stopping by today! Mothers Day is coming up!

Well Mothers Day will soon be here so I am getting some cards created for the shop...I LOVE this paper by Paperbilities I am a sucker for pink and green pastels like this...I have been trying to put buttons on my cards more cause they do add a little something extra especially when you thread them...Michaels has the CUTEST containers of buttons in the dollar section...I grabbed pink and green but I am going to have to go back for more colors cause I just love the different sizes they have and the container is adorable...If you get a chance check it out! Walkin and Talkin...

I made this card in the past couple of weeks and finally got around to posting it...I used the MS Fence punch popped out a bit on the bottom of the framed image for fun...The hat is stamped twice then popped up for dimension too...I hope you all had a wonderful Easter...We went to a get together and had a great time!
