Hey! I wanted to share another one of the Christmas Mimi Set images from Penny Black...I really wanted to cut out and pop up the star for fun and I also added some sakura stardust pen to make it sparkle...I first stamped Mimi then scanner her and resized to make her a bit bigger than the original ( I LOVE being able to do that with the computer). I had this patterned paper by DCWV stashed away and thought I would get it out and use it as my background for these cute little penguins...I added the snowhill and put some bling in the center of some of the snowflakes for fun...Thanks so much for stopping by! I LOVE Nutcrackers! They come in so many different styles and sizes...Today I wanted to share this photo I took at my Aunt Melba and Uncle Bill's house during Christmas last year...I found out they love them too! Arent they cute?! So when I saw these 3-D Embellishments I just had to get them...Hey Penny not sure if this is the set you were thinking of or not but here it is...And like all the Recollection 2011 Christmas sets I just place them on the white cardstock and mat them with a color to coordinate...Super easy! Hey! I wanted to take a slight break from posting the Recollections 3-D cards to show you this cute stamp by Penny Black...Isnt Mimi so sweet on her sleigh? Hope you are doing great on this day before Thanksgiving....I told you I had some more Recollections to share with you from the 2011 Collection...Just like my previous post this is just as simple and it gets! I even used the exact same layout as it comes in the package...Other than taking them off and placing them on white cardstock and matting them...When you have something as cute as these embellishments you just let them speak for themselves...Clean and Simple...Hey Penny I always think of you when I post these cause I know how much you love the Recollections stickers too! Hey! I am starting to get in the mood for Christmas! I love seeing the CUTE 3-D stickers that Recollections comes out with for every holiday...This is one of the sets for the 2011 Christmas Series...Arent these guys the cutest! I love how they put so much detail in them bits of bling bling and some acetate for ice for them to skate on...I will be sharing more of the collection in the next few days and as I like to do CAS style to showcase the images just as they are...Just matting and placing and thats it! I even use the same layout they come in to make it super simple during a busy time! And I hope you enjoyed seeing my Aunt Lori' wonderful Halloween creations...She does such a great job and she really enjoys sharing them...I have been on a long break from card making and was inspired to get back into it when I saw this CUTE Hero Arts stamp at Michaels...As soon as I saw it I knew I wanted to make a clean and simple card and to add a bit o' bling to his nose and some gingham ribbon to keep his neck warm for fun...I am thinking this just might be my 2011 card this year...I really need to keep it simple since I make ALOT!
