Sew Happy Together...

Hi! Hope the New Year is off to a great start for you all...I wanted to share another clean and simple card with you using the same set from the previous post by TPC Studio...I got this set at Joannes a while back it has several images in the set...I stamped and cut out the sewing machine and popped in up for fun, added some silver stardust pen on parts of the machine...This would be great for a Valentine which is coming up next! Sewing Mends the Soul...

First of all....Happy New Year Everyone!! I hope you have one of the best ever!! This is a card I made a while back because I have been busy making Valentine cards but havent had the time to take photos of them yet...so until then heres a fun clean and simple style card...I stamped and cut out each image and put some thread around the spool...Sakura Stardust Pen in silver was added to the thimble...Thanks for coming by the past year and I hope you continue to stop by in the upcoming year...Hugs, Cookie

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Hi! I wanted to take the time to wish each and everyone who stops by "A Very Merry Christmas" and "Happy New Year!" This is a CAS card using the Recollections 3-D Embellishments from last year that I still have in my stash...Just put them on a cut out snowhill and blue background with stars in the sky behind them...I thought it would be a fun card to put on here with the snow falling over the blog...Hugs....Cookie

Holly Mimi...

Hi! Its time for another Mimi from Penny Black...I just LOVE this Christmas set...There are so many cute images to chose from...I used some red bling bling to put over the holly for sparkle...and sakura stardust pen was used on the snowflakes and her wings for even more sparkle...I cant believe Christmas is almost here...I am never ready on time are you? Hedgehog and Holly

Snowmen in Florida?

I know you might be thinking Snowmen in Florida??? I dont usually use snowmen as part of my holiday decor but when I saw these sweet wooden snowmen I thought they were so cute! I found the tree in the background at Old Time Pottery for only 4 bucks and added some battery operated twinkle lights and tucked the battery holder inside the basket I put the tree in that was only 99 cents! The lantern I picked up at Michaels in the Wedding section...its a simple whimsical centerpiece for the dinette that lights up really pretty at night...Stop by The Lettered Cottage for some really awesome Christmas Ideas!
