Hey! I wanted to take a slight break from posting the Recollections 3-D cards to show you this cute stamp by Penny Black...Isnt Mimi so sweet on her sleigh? I just couldnt resist adding a pom pom to her hat and some sakura sparkle pen was added to the snow although it doesnt show up in the photo...I will be back on Friday to show you another of the Recollections Christmas 2011 stickers sets...Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hope you are doing great on this day before Thanksgiving....I told you I had some more Recollections to share with you from the 2011 Collection...Just like my previous post this is just as simple and it gets! I even used the exact same layout as it comes in the package...Other than taking them off and placing them on white cardstock and matting them...When you have something as cute as these embellishments you just let them speak for themselves...Clean and Simple...Hey Penny I always think of you when I post these cause I know how much you love the Recollections stickers too! Hey! I am starting to get in the mood for Christmas! I love seeing the CUTE 3-D stickers that Recollections comes out with for every holiday...This is one of the sets for the 2011 Christmas Series...Arent these guys the cutest! I love how they put so much detail in them bits of bling bling and some acetate for ice for them to skate on...I will be sharing more of the collection in the next few days and as I like to do CAS style to showcase the images just as they are...Just matting and placing and thats it! I even use the same layout they come in to make it super simple during a busy time! And I hope you enjoyed seeing my Aunt Lori' wonderful Halloween creations...She does such a great job and she really enjoys sharing them...I have been on a long break from card making and was inspired to get back into it when I saw this CUTE Hero Arts stamp at Michaels...As soon as I saw it I knew I wanted to make a clean and simple card and to add a bit o' bling to his nose and some gingham ribbon to keep his neck warm for fun...I am thinking this just might be my 2011 card this year...I really need to keep it simple since I make ALOT! Happy Halloween!! I am ready for some Trick or Treaters to stop by...Hope we get a few, last year there werent very many...A special treat for me was having these CUTE cards to share with you that my Aunt Lori made...Arent they adorable! This is the last of the three and I wanted to share with you not only the outside but how Lori does the insides too! On the outside she used so many wonderful details like the spider web punches and ribbon she thread through a slot on the card! She is really mastering her copic shading too! Wish I could...On the inside she adds a Martha Stewart envie but covered it in coordinating papers...how clever is that! And on the right you can see where she put her green paper through the spider web cuttlebug folder...She thinks of everything! I love the matted labels too...I wanted to give a shout out to Sue who emailed me asking if Lori had a blog...Sue loved her work...I passed the message on Sue and Lori says maybe one day when she retires...but until then I can post more of her designs in the future...Thanks so much to Lori Hamilton for letting me showcase her work and sending me these CUTE cards...We love you!!!
Hi! As promised heres another CUTE card by Guest Designer Lori Hamilton! Isnt this the sweetest! I love all the wonderful papers she used on this card...And another great layout too! Happy Halloween Everyone! I have a special treat in store for you...I will be featuring the card designs of Lori Hamilton today and tomorrow...I LOVE her work! She is great at layouts and details...Isnt this the cutest!! Here she used a Kraftin Kimmie image colored with copics and layered in complimenary colors! Stamping up glitter brads were used as embellishments and Lori used her cuttlebug on the green and orange paper for interest...I LOVE the punched out bat she added also...Please come back later on tonight for a new post of another of Lori' Halloween cards!
